Ms. Clara Pasha is a pioneering healthcare professional and one of Pakistan's most distinguished nursing leaders, with over 60 years of exemplary experience in nursing education, healthcare policy, and institutional development. She currently serves as Principal Advisor at Zainab College of Nursing, bringing unparalleled wisdom and strategic guidance to the institution. Her distinguished career includes serving as Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of the Punjab Healthcare Commission, where she contributed to healthcare quality improvement and regulation. She is also the Founding Principal of one of Pakistan's first nursing colleges, establishing the foundation for modern nursing education in the country. As Chairperson of the HR Committee at the Pakistan Nursing Council, she played a vital role in nursing workforce development and professional standards. Currently, she serves as Advisor on Strategy to the Central Executive Committee of Pakistan Health Parliament, providing strategic direction for healthcare development. In recognition of her lifelong contributions, she was awarded the Red Cross War Medal by the Red Cross, Geneva, for her service during the Indo-Pak War (September 1965) and was honored with the Pride of Pakistan by the President of Pakistan. Her impact lives on through the thousands of nurses she has mentored and inspired over six decades.
